For snarky prose and a good recipe, subscribe to New York Times best selling author Alison Roman’s a newsletter. Alison also gives great pandemic activity suggestions. Roman encourages the home cook to take control of their kitchen while providing recipes she encourages you to go rogue.
2. Half Baked Harvest’s Banana Bread

This banana bread recipe was *chef’s kiss*. It’s less desserty than some banana breads but with lots of peanut butter and chocolate chips to make up for it. It’s the perfect banana bread for breakfast
Also, side note on Half Baked Harvest: her recipes have not failed me. With thousands up on her blog, I’d recommend trying one soon.
3. Brene Brown with Adam Grant
A whole 90-minutes with the Brown and Grant. Brown calls this one a “total geek-out, nerd-fest conversation”. his is the perfect podcast to plug in when going for a long walk. Be ready to think and ask big questions.
4. The Food Medic Podcast
Intermittent fasting a hoax? Keto the best diet? Dr. Hazel Wallace explores several diet trends, their potential benefits, and their social media presence. Debunking unhealthy trends and looking at the larger picture of health and nutrition, this episode will expose the best and worst of social media.
5. Linda Sun on Youtube
Unlike other fitness influencers, Linda Sun is likely to be eating pancakes, oreos, and pizza in her fan-loved “What I Eat in a Weeks”. Gymshark Athlete LIna Sun is a full-time Youtuber and a full-time student. Her videos encourage daily movement, body neutrality, and intuitive eating.
6. Trader Joe’s List
My goal in life is to work at Trader Joe’s corporate. I want to be a part of their marketing and public relations team. This Youtube channel keeps me updated on new products and my brand favorites.

For thoughts on cheese and whether or not you should be eating it (you should), check out this article. This one is from my dad fighting for America’s favorite topping. Pizza is a health food now.

The beauty of compound interest. The magic of saving young. Remember the wealthiest 1% control 38% of the stock market. Create a savings habit and maybe join their ranks (or be able to retire when you want).
